"Had Adam clean our gutters before the coming summer season. Can't speak highly enough of him. He was communicative (readily responded to phone/text), prompt and reliable. And of course he did an efficient, thorough job. Adam also proved himself trustworthy – refunding us some of the amount quoted because the job wasn't as big as he thought it'd be. A great local business 👍"
"Adam was great. Punctual and did a great job cleaning our pavers. Thanks!"
"Adam James did a fantastic job cleaning my windows – they removed the fly screens, pressure washed the outside and then polished the inside glass. It looked so good having a clear view out all the windows I didn't want to put the fly screens back on! After seeing my windows so clean I noticed how dirty my car windows were! So Adam returned at a later date and cleaned my SUV inside and out. Looks like new! They were very professional on both jobs – arrived on time and got the job done quickly with excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend Central West Property Services and would definitely hire them again."
