Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote authorises Central West Property Services to carry out the agreed work.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all work areas. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
Central West Property Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated seals, scratched glass, loose render, failing paint, oxidised frames, or other defects that become apparent during or after cleaning.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, hard water marks, oxidation, paint, silicone, or other permanent contamination may not be removable.
If extra work is required beyond the original quote, the customer will be informed before additional charges are incurred.
Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within 48 hours so they can be assessed.
Central West Property Services maintains appropriate public liability insurance.
Work will only be carried out where it can be completed safely. Central West Property Services reserves the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are considered unsafe.
